The California Hope, Opportunity, Perseverance, and Empowerment (HOPE) for Children Trust Account Program (HOPE Program) is a program established to benefit eligible foster youth, and individuals who have experienced the loss of a caregiver due to COVID-19. Participation in the HOPE Program is subject to eligibility criteria, program rules, and applicable state and federal laws.
