Foster Services

If you received foster care, you may be eligible for $3,000 to launch your future.

You Qualify If…

• You were a California resident under age 18 and in foster care as of September 27, 2022
• You were placed in California or tribal foster care for more than 18 months and are no longer receiving Family Reunification Services, or you were placed in foster care after age 16 and Family Reunification Services have been terminated (18 months don’t have to be consecutive).

Applicants must be 13 years or older. If under 13, a legal guardian must complete the application.
